Kings Lodge
Kings Lodge is a beautiful stone farm building,
renovated to the highest standards, with plenty of
living space. Flagstone and wooden floors throughout
complement the building and its furnishings. The house
has four elegantly furnished double bedrooms, two of
which are en-suite with a further bathroom upstairs and
ground floor cloakroom. The superb kitchen has recently
been refitted with all modern utilities. The house is
centrally heated, but for our winter guests, there is
also a beautiful open fire. The spacious lounge has TV /
VCR / DVD and music system. French doors lead from the
entrance hall on to a private courtyard with outdoor
furniture and barbecue, a perfect place to admire the
view with a glass of wine in hand!
Kings Manor Estate is home to the owners as well,
everything is personally managed and the family are
always on hand for some local advice or help.

The Lodge comfortably sleeps 10 in its four bedrooms:
Ground Floor
Large farmhouse kitchen/dining room with open fireplace, double
oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, fully
equipped for 12 people.
Spacious sitting room with TV/DVD/music system and well stocked
library and games store.
One double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Downstairs cloakroom/WC.
There is direct access to the swimming
pool changing room where there is also a washing machine and
tumble dryer for guest use.
First Floor
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including bath and shower.
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds tucked into an
alcove,
Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds.
Family bathroom.
